Mr. Ron Luce | President and Founder of Teen Mania Ministries
In 1986 Ron Luce and his wife Katie started Teen Mania Ministries with a dream to raise up young people who would change the world. The ministry has expanded greatly and has become very influential within today’s Christian youth culture.
Ron received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theology from Oral Roberts University and his master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tulsa, along with an honorary doctorate from Jerry Falwell of Liberty University. He is a sought-after speaker who has traveled to more than 60 countries and has made numerous media appearances, such as Dr. James Dobson’s Focus on the Family radio broadcast, CNN, The O’Reilly Factor, ABC Nightline, The 700 Club, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and the Sean Hannity Show. Ron has also written 35 books for teens, youth pastors, and parents and continues to speak at leaders conferences helping parents and pastors understand the plight of today’s youth and showing them how all of us can be part of the solution.
Ron and Katie currently live in Garden Valley, Texas, with their son Cameron. They have two daughters, Hannah and Charity, who recently graduated from college.
Andy Murray | Founder of Saatchi & Saatchi X, Founder of Mercury 11
Board Chairman
Andy Murray is a passionate idea generator and company builder. Currently Andy is founder of startup, Mercury11, which focuses on helping entrepreneurs launch disruptive ideas to change the world. Andy also served as Founder and Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi X, an agency he started as one of the early pioneers in the advertising discipline of shopper marketing. Saatchi & Saatchi X is a full-service agency focused on the science and art of converting shoppers into buyers; it operates in 15 locations across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to starting Saatchi & Saatchi X, Andy was VP of Marketing and Creative for Hallmark subsidiary DaySpring Cards. Earlier, Andy worked for Procter & Gamble in a variety of assignments, including membership in the industry-leading P&G Walmart team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Andy serves on several external boards too: The Center for Retailing Excellence at the University of Arkansas, The Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics, Compassion House, and the Children’s Safety Center.
Mr. George Babbes, Ph.D. | Professor at Azusa Pacific University
Treasurer of the Board
George Babbes, Ph.D., is a full-time professor at Azusa Pacific University and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic marketing, strategy and planning, and managerial economics. A professor since 1981, Babbes’ professional experience includes consultation and product/brand managing for major corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Oral-B Laboratories. He is a member of several professional societies, including the Christian Business Faculty Association, American Marketing Association, and Association for Consumer Research.
Mrs. Katie Luce

Katie graduated from Oral Roberts University, married Ron Luce, and together they founded Teen Mania Ministries in 1986. They have trained and discipled thousands of teenagers and leaders through Acquire the Fire youth conventions, the Honor Academy internship, and Global Expeditions mission trips. Katie is the author of The Pursuit of Beauty. She is also a conference speaker, and has participated in radio interviews and hosted TBN on various occasions. She has also traveled to more than 40 different countries on missions. She currently serves as the director of the women’s program at the Honor Academy internship.
Mrs. Christin McClave | Principal of Unifi Coaching, LLC
Christin is a certified leadership coach and business consultant, as well as principal of Unifi Coaching, LLC. Christin’s experience as the daughter of a successful family business entrepreneur equipped her to excel in various functional capacities in a Fortune 500 company. In her experience at Johnson & Johnson, she has rotated through Information Technology, Marketing and Market Research, a company-sponsored eBusiness venture, and the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products Mergers and Acquisitions Team. Christin graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in International business. On being transferred to Brussels, Belgium for her husband’s job in 2001, she got her Masters of Science in Management from Boston University’s International Masters Program. Christin and her husband, Dan, have three boys and live outside of Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Nathan Moody | Los Alamos National Laboratory
Nathan is a technical staff member at the Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National
Laboratory where he currently serves in key roles on a number of national programs for advanced technologies such as nanostructured materials, THz science, high power lasers and novel micro‐ structures based on high temperature superconductors. He obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2001, 2004, and 2006, respectively, and has received a number of recent awards for his research including the 2008 LANL Distinguished Performance Award and the 2010 DoE Tri‐Lab LDRD best poster award. He served as intern and graduate intern in the Honor Academy from 1997‐1998 and as project director for Global Expedition mission trips from 1999‐2001 in Eastern Europe. He currently resides in northern New Mexico with his wife Daniela and their 2 year old son where they actively serve in local outreach, leading men’s and women’s programs that focus on a sustained, passionate pursuit of Jesus Christ through lifelong contextualized discipleship. Their location in the southern Rocky Mountains enables a purposeful, developing passion for alpine mountaineering as a context for family‐centric outdoor adventure and Christ‐centered fellowship.
Jennifer Labit | Founder of Cotton Babies
Jenn has made her mark on the world by conceptualizing, developing, marketing and producing new diapering products for the baby industry.Her company, Cotton Babies, developed out of a tiny $100 investment; leading the way among natural parenting retailers since 2002.
In 2005, Jenn and husband, Jimmy, created the bumGenius One-Size Reusable Diaper, a product now distributed on five continents. In 2009, Cotton Babies developed and launched the best selling Flip Diapering System, a hybrid diapering system, and Econobum, a budget one-size cloth diaper.

Jenn and her husband, Jimmy, have three children and are expecting their fourth this spring.
Jack Hayford
Jack Hayford serves as President of The Kings University (formerly The King’s College and Seminary) in Los Angeles, which he founded in 1997. From 2004 to 2009, he also served as President of The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. He is probably best known, however, as “Pastor Jack,” founding pastor of The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California, where he served as senior pastor for more than three decades. A prolific and best-selling writer, Pastor Hayford is the author (or co-author) of more than 100 books and has composed 600 hymns and choruses, including the internationally known and widely recorded “Majesty.”
Mr. Paul Nelson | Former President, ECFA
Paul Nelson is the former president of the ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). ECFA is an accreditation agency for over 1,100 nonprofit Christian organizations that share a common Statement of Faith. Mr. Nelson joined ECFA after serving for nine years as executive vice president and CEO of Focus on the Family, a nonprofit ministry founded by Dr. James Dobson. He has represented Focus on the Family and ECFA as a speaker and instructor in both national and international venues. He has also been recognized many times over for his service to the nonprofit community, and was recipient of The NonProfit Times “Executive of the Year” award in 1996. Mr. Nelson graduated from Adelphi College with a degree in business. He and his wife Elaine reside in Winchester, Virginia.

James Robison
Since 1962, James Robison has delivered the Gospel to the masses – first, through crusade evangelism and for more than 40 years, via television. God led James into the ministry when he was only 18. James began speaking in churches, and doors quickly opened for him to hold crusades in stadiums and indoor arenas nationwide. More than 20 million people attended those meetings, with more than 2 million decisions for Christ.
