The staff members who serve at Teen Mania Ministries are chosen for their strong character and leadership. They are individuals who have a passion for teenagers and missions and are committed to investing their lives into moving forward the Great Commission through ministering to this young generation.

When evaluating the effectiveness of a staff member, their spiritual maturity and influence is as important as the quality of their work.

For this reason, there is a process in place that allows for a 360 evaluation to be done on each full time staff member annually. The review process includes collecting broad based feedback from a group of their peers as well as those who serve under their leadership, a self evaluation, and a manager’s evaluation.

Staff members are held accountable to the mission and core values of Teen Mania Ministries and are kept up-to-date on staff policies and procedures designed to increase their effectiveness and ensure a positive experience for those working alongside them.

There is also a grievance procedure in place that allows for strong accountability and a system that initiates executive leadership to take action towards resoving concerns in a timely fashion.
