Description:
This position exists to promote and grow donor relations of Teen Mania Ministries, as well as, provide executive oversight and management of Development Operations and Marketing initiatives. Including creating opportunities for growth through crafting effective Foundation and Grant partnerships.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct operational administration of the Development Department
- Analyze Donor Management systems and oversee Donor CRM (Salesforce)
- Overseeing of all Donor Development event operations, operational systems
- Generate strategic Foundation and Grant funding opportunities for the ministry
- Create and Preserve Donor relations including Foundation and Grant relations
- Chief Editor of all Teen Mania Development communications copywriting, including website, direct mail, major donor mail, and e communications and marketing pieces
- Strategic development and implementation of Lapsed Donor strategy
- Oversee and management of E Strategy and social media giving for the Teen Mania Brand
- Manage and execute strategic objectives for Development Department
- Monitor and oversee and keep Teen Mania in good standing with web presence as it pertains to Development Department: i.e. Charity Navigator, Ministry Watch, etc.
- Evaluate Planned Giving resources and manage administration of Planned Giving strategy for Major Donors
- Evaluate and steward operational finance decisions of Development purchases
- Teach, Coach and Develop the Staff and Interns under your sphere in the Development Department
- Oversee Development Budget
- Monitor & Oversee Gifts in Kind
- Head up Parent Strategy

Host, Communicate, Facilitate quarterly Board Of Director Meetings: including correspondence, event planning and execution, creation of Board Manuals, keeping up to date all Board Members information via Teen Mania website, correspondence
