Oversee the execution of the marketing plans for both Acquire the Fire, Extreme Camps and Honor
Academy including:
Require close working relationship with Marketing Brand Managers for each of these areas
• Calendars and timelines for printing
• Mailing
• E mail campaigns
• Art completion….creative art iterations so they can be tested and refined
Oversee the maximizing of resources in the marketing areas on the marketing area including:
• Search engine optimization campaign for each area
• Maximize all web sites for SEO
• Pay per click campaigns to harvest leads for all 3 areas: (Daniel Sanchez) this should include:
• Aggressive A/B testing of landing pages, value propositions and mini propositions
• Maximize aggressive Social networking sights to grow likes, grow % involvement, and harvest leads, making sure they are cutting edge best in class practices, able top essentially complete all functions of going to web pages without going to web pages
• Overall coordinated PR campaign both proactive good news in the market place, and precluding negative news
• Artist resources
• Oversee writing of all marketing materials
• Creating outsourcing operation to backfill for all voids in competencies
