Job Information	Lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Design innovative solutions to address ministry needs. Work closely with other department managers, users, and other IT Staff to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Ability to program in appropriate computer programming languages, especially C# and Transact SQL, but able to use whatever language is most appropriate to solve the problem Experience designing and developing web-based user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Thorough understanding of web-based application architecture, especially Microsoft IIS and ASP .NET (including Web Forms and MVC) Experience designing and developing transactional data models, especially using Microsoft SQL Server Able to work with non-technical people to discover their application needs and develop recommendations for new systems and features to solve problems Able to keep pace with technology development in the technology industry
